A Weekend of Exploration & Discovery…

Throughout the weekend, we will guide you through practices that help you tune into your inner wisdom. Group discussions, movement practices, breath work, outdoor exploration, and journaling will provide the space and tools needed to listen to the subtle clues your body is offering. You'll have the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself, uncovering insights and releasing what no longer serves you.

This retreat is a journey of self-discovery, where you can explore the messages your body is communicating and learn to trust your intuition for lasting healing and growth.

Whether you're a seasoned meditator or a beginner seeking inner guidance, this retreat is designed for anyone looking to reconnect with themselves and take the time to truly listen.  If you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply longing for a break to recharge, this retreat offers the perfect opportunity to reset and realign.

What to Expect:

- Mindful Practices: Deepen your self-awareness through embodiment practices, which includes gentle moving meditation and breathwork. Somatic experiences allow for body processing in a safe, knowledgeable environment. 

-Personal Growth: Participate in workshops based on listening within yourself  allowing for reflection, and time to pause in order to gain confidence in self. Also you will be given an opportunity to learn where past traumas have show up in your current relationships and giving language to wrap around and understand those experiences. 

- Nature Connection: You will be immersed in nature at Silver Bay on Lake George, where you can find peace, inspiration, and grounding.

 - Lodging and Food: While away, allow someone else to cook to fuel your body and support your wellness journey. Choose from three types of lodging to satisfy your budget. 

Pricing: 

Tier One: Double occupancy in the Inn $725.00 per person

Tier Two: Single occupancy in the Inn $899.00 per person

Tier Three: Single occupancy in the Boyd Center $1025.00 per person (limited)

All food, lodging, and programming is included. 

Half of payment will hold your spot and final payment is due April 1, 2025. 

Due to scheduling commitments, the final payment is due April 1, 2025. Refunds not available after that time.

Meet your hosts:

Andrea Meier, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (right) and Juliana Hardy, Movement Educator (left) are partnering to bring their passions together.

Andrea provides outpatient mental health counseling to adults and families at Mohawk Valley Counseling Associates. She is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator who leads groups and workshops that allow for deeper conversations to live a more authentic life.

Juliana brings over twenty years of body work to her clients at Move Breathe Live. She began as a massage therapist and continues to study in all areas of movement and health for the mind and body. She teaches individuals to use multiple modalities to dive into their own mind and body to build resilience, strength, coordination, mobility, and stability.
