At Move Breathe Live we offer a unique and one of a kind interpretation of traditional Yoga classes. Each one of our instructors are trained and certified in distinctive styles of Yoga or Movement and Mobility, cultivating experiences from all walks of life and wellness- which all blend together to channel a mystical experience on the mat.

A mixture of gentle lighting and warm to hot room temperatures allows your body and mind to fully surrender to your movement- granting your muscles and emotions a full-body and mind detox as you flow and forget about the outside world.

Gentle with Yoga Joe
Monday's 9:30 am - 10:30 am
Join Yoga Joe each Monday 9:30am-10:30am for a class focused on gentle stretching, moving, and breathing. Yoga Joe became a yoga teacher in 2016 at the age of 61. He is certified in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Kundalini Yoga and was a Certified Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years. He also teaches meditation techniques.

Yin Yoga with Renee
Mondays 5:30-6:30pm
The long, passive stretches of yin yoga helps release tension, and improves flexibility and mobility. The benefits go beyond the physical as the slow nature of the practice helps reduce stress, calms the mind and nervous system, and gives us a greater feeling of well-being.

Spinal Unwinding with Renee
Wednesdays & Fridays 9:30-10:30 am
Join Renee for a gentle Spinal Unwind Yoga Class focused on spinal stretching, tension release, and deep relaxation. This calming session helps improve mobility, ease the connective tissues, and promote a sense of balance and inner peace.

Ease and Unwind with Denise
Every other Wednesday 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
(September 3rd & 17th, October 1st, 15th, 29th…)Join Denise every other Wednesday evening to explore a passive restorative yoga class. This class is designed to promote deep relaxation and stress reduction. The practice aims to calm the mind, soothe the nervous system and restore a sense of balance & well-being. The emphasis will be on relaxation as we use props for support in the various poses.

Experience an eclectic blend of breath work, physical movement, and diverse meditation techniques with Yoga Joe every other Wednesday evening. Drawing from his expertise in meditation, breath work, and kundalini yoga, Joe creates a unique class that harmonizes these practices for a holistic experience.

Gentle Vinyasa Yoga with Renee
Thursdays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Experience a revitalizing and soothing yoga practice. Renee will begin each session with mindful breath work and meditation, leading into a series of yoga postures tailored to accommodate all skill levels. Connect each pose seamlessly to your breath, cultivating a harmonious and meditative experience. Each class will conclude with a blissful savasana relaxation period.

Wake up with a gentle yoga class that focuses on body awareness and mindful movements connected with your breath. The practice is designed to shake off morning stiffness, connecting with the present moment and gently awaken your body to feel alive and revived. Open for all levels and beginners
