  • Juliana Hardy

    Owner and Head Instructor

    Juliana began her study of human movement over 20 years ago as a massage therapist. She believes deeply in the power of self-care, injury prevention, and the all the empowerment that comes with it.

    Juliana uses functional movement and her knowledge of anatomy to complement her teaching and feels these are critical to pursuing your interest in movement in the gym and in life.

    She continues to further her knowledge in all areas of movement and health, and teaches individuals to use multiple modalities to dive into their own bodies to build strength, coordination, mobility, stability, balance, decrease pain, increase performance, and prevent injury.

    Group Movement and Yoga Instructor; Personal Trainer

    With years of passion for her Yoga practice & desire to see the world, Sarah turned her two dreams into one by traveling around the world to study the art of yoga. Over time, Yoga has had more and more of an influence & impact on Sarah's personal life. It has taught her so much about herself & life in general through her personal practice & experiences.

    Yoga has helped Sarah to push through some of the hardest physical & mental times in her life. All of this has led her to dedicate her life to her teachings, sharing the continued knowledge that she gains. When she's not teaching or working on her self-practice, Sarah can mostly be found spending time with her family and friends, planning her next adventure, or in the kitchen cooking. Sarah’s yoga classes have been described as relaxing, a good challenge, and accessible for any levels.
