Sarah Parker
Group Movement and Yoga Instructor; Personal Trainer
For as long as Sarah can remember she has always lived a lifestyle based around movement, from competitive sports to active hobbies. She is always willing to learn how to do or play something new.
As she got older, her interest in learning more about movement itself began to grow, first diving in to the world of yoga. For Sarah, yoga was an escape, helping her through some tough times mentally. It was from this self discovery that she realized how important movement can be for us beyond physical benefits. In early 2016, she took her first trip to India for a 200hr yoga teacher training. Since then she has completed several further trainings around the world and online expanding her knowledge of many yoga styles.
Yoga was just the beginning of learning more about movement for Sarah. In Spring of 2022, Sarah completed her NASM personal training certification and has since completed numerous additional specialty fitness/movement certifications (see below for all of her current certifications). Sarah believes there is no end to the pursuit of knowledge in movement, and is always excited for the next course that sparks her interest.
When she's not teaching or studying Sarah can be found spending time with her family. Aside from movement, Sarah has a deep love for cooking, napping & being in nature.
