  • Juliana Hardy

    Owner and Head Instructor

    Juliana began her study of human movement over 20 years ago as a massage therapist. As an athlete and coach, she believes deeply in the power of self-care, injury prevention, and the all the empowerment that comes with it.

    Juliana uses functional movement and her knowledge of anatomy to complement her teaching and feels these are critical to pursuing your interest in movement in the gym and in life.

    She continues to further her knowledge in all areas of movement and health, and teaches individuals to use multiple modalities to dive into their own bodies to build strength, coordination, mobility, stability, balance, decrease pain, increase performance, and prevent injury.

  • Sarah Nycole

    Group Movement and Yoga Instructor; Personal Trainer

    With years of passion for her Yoga practice & desire to see the world, Sarah turned her two dreams into one by traveling around the world to study the art of yoga. Over time, Yoga has had more and more of an influence & impact on Sarah's personal life. It has taught her so much about herself & life in general through her personal practice & experiences.

    Yoga has helped Sarah to push through some of the hardest physical & mental times in her life. All of this has led her to dedicate her life to her teachings, sharing the continued knowledge that she gains. When she's not teaching or working on her self-practice, Sarah can mostly be found spending time with her family and friends, planning her next adventure, or in the kitchen cooking. Sarah’s yoga classes have been described as relaxing, a good challenge, and accessible for any levels.

  • Judy Piccione

    Yoga Instructor

    Judy is a Central New York native that has a love for the outdoors, movement, and adventure. Prior to Move Breathe Live, Judy tried multiple fitness modalities including boot camps, CrossFit, lifting and Yoga, before finding her home with MBL. 

    Judy is a Middle School English teacher and receives the same sense of joy in helping a student understand a new concept in the classroom as seeing an athlete make progress in their movement practice. Being able to explore, grow, and overcome new challenges at a pace that works for her is a primary characteristic of MBL that Judy loves and finds most refreshing.

    Judy looks forward to spending time with all the members in both the Movement and Hot Yoga classes. Outside of MBL and teaching, Judy enjoys spending time with her husband and their fur-daughters, practicing Yoga, hiking and exploring, hanging with family and friends, traveling anywhere and chasing down new spots for great food!

  • Andrea Newland, DPT

    Andrea Newland, DPT

    Personal Trainer

    Andrea specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation and women's health. She has experience working with clients with incontinence, pelvic organ prolapses, pelvic pain syndromes, bowel dysfunction, diastasis recti, and providing care during pregnancy and postpartum. She has taken continuing education coursework through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Coaching allows Andrea to combine her greatest passions: exercise and helping people!

  • Andrea Meier

    Movement & Mental Health Instructor

    Andrea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and partner at Mohawk Valley Counseling Associates. She works with individuals of all ages on all facets of their mental health. Through many years of sitting with clients, the depth of the mind/ body connection became evident. Andrea has joined with Juliana to create groups, workshops, and retreats to deepen the mind/body work they do with clients.
