Join Sarah for her 10th Annual Thanksgiving Day Donation Yoga Class!
We will begin our time with centering our bodies & minds through our breath preparing us to move through a brief series of ground level positions. Our movement practice will prepare our physical body to relax & release tension or tightness allowing us to fully surrender our awareness for our guided meditation. Our guided meditation will take us on a journey through our body aiming to release anything that is no longer serving us. No experience needed, open to all levels.
This years proceeds will benefit the Utica Food Pantry. I will collecting monetary donations along with non-perishable goods. Please keep in mind when shopping that not everyone has access to all ingredients for some things or things like can openers.
