We recognize that group movement classes are not enticing to everyone, especially at first, and that some may prefer a more private and individualized setting as they move courageously forward on their health and wellness journey.

Live the Life You Have Always Imagined

Exercise for me became just another hard thing I had to do. Another demand of me and my time. So it started to become something optional.  My body  felt it. My balance suffered, my joints started aching I didn’t feel like me. Stress gradually became a part of my physical being. My “me” disappeared.

 I joined a gym at the beginning of the year and didn’t go. It was too much work. I couldn't push past all the responsibilities of everything and everyone else.  I needed someone to be accountable to, but it couldn't be just anyone.  It had to be someone who understood that the hardest part would be getting there. Someone who understood how much I was pushing myself in life and felt like I couldn't push in any other areas. Someone who asked and helped me to stretch anyway. I have a job and a family. I am always giving, always around and doing for people . I wanted this to be about me so I didn't want a group.  I wanted to leave feeling good every time and I wanted to feel strong again.  I wanted ‘me’ back.  I signed up with Juliana for one on one private sessions.  

This has been the best experience. She is just what I needed. Somehow she gauges my mood and my body. Never pushes me beyond my limits, but does make me stretch myself in ways I didn’t know I could. She supports the emotional, physical and mental parts so I could let go and push my body in new ways.   She is knowledgeable about the way the body works and how to heal it.  I walk taller and stronger. 

Exercise is finally something I enjoy doing and look forward to.  It's my time to relax and just be.  Just be in my head, communicating with my body about what it needs and helping it get what it needs. Juliana is definitely not just a coach making you score the goals. She is on your side helping to hold your hand while you score the goals you want!

One on one is something I would encourage everyone to do. It's worth it.
