In our movement community, we encourage this to the fullest! Our goal is to collectively grow by attracting and inspiring those who are on the quest towards “living a larger life.”
We proudly offer MBL classes 5 days a week specializing in strength and conditioning for all levels.

MBL Strength:
5:30am & 9:30am Monday, Wednesday & Friday
5:30pm Monday & Wednesday
The MBL Strength program is designed to empower you in a nurturing and inviting group fitness setting. Our classes incorporate a mix of barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight exercises, emphasizing motor patterning to improve your strength, coordination, balance, and mobility. What makes our movement classes truly special is their emphasis on creativity, fluidity, play, and longevity.
MBL Conditioning:
5:30am, 9:30am & 5:30pm Tuesday & Thursday
Discover your true potential in our invigorating conditioning classes! Enjoy exceptional coaching while refining your technique on the Concept II Rower, Assault Bike, and through energizing bodyweight workouts. Elevate your heart rate and enhance your fitness journey in a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere. Join a vibrant community that motivates and uplifts you at every step!
Unlimited MBL Memberships:
Join any MBL Strength & Conditioning Class offered five days a week. Classes focus on strength, mobility, movement patterns, & stability along with increasing the heart rate using the Concept 2 Rower & body weight exercises. The programming is all encompassing making you functionally stronger while also allowing you to move freely & confidently. With Community as our top priority a 3, 6, 12 month membership is required.
