Join Sarah and discover the exhilarating world of arm balancing and inversions! In this workshop, you will learn the fundamental techniques needed to master standing balance transitions, crow pose w/ variations, headstand (tri-pod and forearm), and handstands.
We will start with a thorough warm-up and stretching session to prepare our bodies for the challenge ahead. By the end of the workshop, you'll feel empowered and energized as you conquer new heights in your movement practice. And to top it all off, we'll conclude with some relaxing ball rolling.
While prior experience with the exact movements listed is not necessary, this is an intermediate level workshop. We recommend that you have a current fitness and/or yoga practice. If you are unsure whether this workshop is suitable for you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
