Our Strength Class provides a powerful lifestyle comprised of organic, natural movement combined with strict strength static movements that unite together to create a vigorous sense of empowerment. We wholeheartedly believe that the “journey is more important than the destination,” and we surround ourselves with others who challenge and motivate us towards our own personal growth and transformations. Our Strength classes are built upon the principles of creativity, fluidity, and longevity.

Membership Options:
Move Breathe Live currently offers three Movement membership packages:
Choose from a 3, 6, or 12-month commitment to yourself and to the community. Each prospective member can come in to meet with a coach and discuss the packages and what they are each looking for.
I have been an exerciser for over 10 years going to various facilities. Prior to joining the Movement culture, I did CrossFit. However, about a and half years ago, I started following Juliana Hardy. My body was feeling beat up more frequently & I found myself needing more frequent chiropractor care and I enjoyed Juliana’s nature/ presence & had taken some of her other classes (Animal Flow & YTU therapy ball work).
Since the transition, my body feels better, I’m more flexible, I’m stronger, & need less chiropractor care.
Also, I am having so much fun with the community of movers at Move Breathe Live! Words spoken to me this morning after Hot Flow @ Move Breathe Live, “you have gotten so strong” my reply “ it’s from here”.
