Have you always been interested in learning how to row? This 55 min. class focuses on teaching the correct rowing technique in workouts that include the Concept II Rower, Assault Bike & body weight exercises. Join a community that encourages & pushes you in a supportive way. Try an Open Group Class on Sat. to learn the proper technique and see what we are all about!
