At Move Breathe Live we offer a unique and one of a kind interpretation of traditional Yoga classes. Each one of our instructors are trained and certified in distinctive styles of Yoga or Movement and Mobility, cultivating experiences from all walks of life and wellness- which all blend together to channel a mystical experience on the mat.

Step inside our studio and be immediately transformed. Our calming space has been designed to channel a soothing and reviving environment so you can achieve fulfillment in your practice. A mixture of gentle lighting and warm to hot room temperatures allows your body and mind to fully surrender to your movement- granting your muscles and emotions a full-body and mind detox as you flow and forget about the outside world.

  • Spinal Unwinding with Audrey

    Mondays 9:30 am - 10:30 am

    Spinal Unwinding is a Body Mind Exercise class to unravel tight muscles using repetitive movements, muscle energy techniques and stretching. This class is intended to re-educate the body to move freely and to realign posture.

    Audrey Ventura, LMT has been a Medical Massage Therapist since 1998 and a Yoga Therapist since 2010. Her teaching focuses on Pain Relief and Restoration of Pain Free Movement.

  • Heated Vinyasa Flow with Sarah

    Mondays 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

    Get ready to experience a transformative yoga class that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and centered! This class is perfect for those with a general knowledge of yoga poses and/or movement. 

    Throughout the class, you'll be guided through a series of movements that will take you from the ground to standing and back again. With Sarah's expert guidance, you'll be able to surrender your mind and awaken your breath, body, and soul.  During the class, you'll have the freedom to move within your body, choosing the pose and transition that feels best for you in each moment. Sarah's philosophy of movement is all about listening to your body and honoring its needs. So, tune in and allow your body to guide you towards the perfect movements for your unique needs under the warmth of our infrared heating system. The room will be heated to 80-85 degrees. 

  • Heated Yoga with Judy

    Wednesdays 6 pm - 7 pm

    Join Judy as she guides you through gentle yoga flows that focus on stretching and holding poses. The room is heated to 95-98 degrees, just warm enough to break a nice sweat! This class is open to all levels and designed for EVERY BODY"

  • Gentle Vinyasa Yoga with Renee

    Thursdays 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

    Experience a revitalizing and soothing yoga practice. Renee will begin each session with mindful breath work and meditation, leading into a series of yoga postures tailored to accommodate all skill levels. Connect each pose seamlessly to your breath, cultivating a harmonious and meditative experience. Each class will conclude with a blissful savasana relaxation period.

  • Gentle Yoga Flow with Denise

    Saturdays 9 am - 10 am

    Denise’s class focuses on body awareness & ends with a restorative posture for relaxation. We explore & connect the basic yoga postures at a slow & meditative pace to allow the student to move safely into each pose: respecting the varied nature of each student's body & range of motion. We will connect breath with each movement enhancing body awareness. We will move sitting, to standing, to reclining & props are encouraged. The class offers nurturing, kindness, & compassion for the body, regardless of whether the student is a beginner, returning after an injury, learning to befriend the body or someone who wants a gentle yoga class.
