Our Movement class provides a powerful lifestyle comprised of organic, natural movement combined with strict strength static movements which together create empowerment. With the mantra “Move Freely, Breathe Fully, and Live Authentically” driving our daily activities and programming, be prepared to connect to your inner child in a judgement free environment where laughter and playing are encouraged! Each class will challenge you with lively patterns and movement variations that develop strength, coordination, balance, mobility and more! Heated Stretch, Ball Rolling & Yoga

At Move, Breathe, Live we offer a unique and one of a kind interpretation of traditional Yoga classes. Each one of our instructors are trained and certified in distinctive styles of Yoga or Movement and Mobility, cultivating experiences from all walks of life and wellness- which all blend together to channel a mystical experience on the mat.

Be prepared to relax and unwind like never before- as each class will include breath work, relaxation, flow, balance, stretching and the reduction of stress, anxiety and any negativity you may be feeling or experiencing.

We recognize that group movement classes are not for everyone, and some may prefer a more private and individualized setting as they move courageously forward on their health and wellness journey. Work one on one with one of our knowledgeable coaches to set goals and receive custom movement programming or nutritional guidance to support your unique goals. At Move, Breathe Live, our goal is to assist you in creating a plan that allows and encourages you to achieve and accomplish amazing things.
